The Teachers
Main Lesson The teachers, who have a training in Steiner Waldorf education, come from all walks of life and as a team try to work in real colleagueship, studying and working artistically together. There is no hierarchy among them and no head teacher. Those who wish to form the 'College of Teachers' whose brief it is to guide the educational policy, to appoint new teachers and to accept, jointly, the responsibility for the educational welfare of each child in the school. Teachers work closely with parents and home visits are a part of this.
